 General
These rules can be changed at any time, information on rule changes may be in news, but not always! It is therefore very important that every player takes responsibility to regularly check for changes in the rule page

The most common penalties for violation are:

# Warnings
# Points Deduction
# Match Loss
# Temporary shutdown on your team
# Permanent shutdown (Perm Ban)

If you think a rule is unclear, contact us and we will modify or explain, so they are no misunderstandings. We reserve the right to misspellings and typos that make it possible to interpret a rule the wrong way.
To consciously make use of a wrong-written or lack of rule seen as misdemeanor and will be punished.

An administrator has the right, without explanation deny any player or any clan to participate in any or all activities on 9Hills.org.

We do not tolerate bad behavior against other members or admins. There is an old adage: Treat others that you wish to be treated! Bad behavior against other leads to very severe punishment!

# Donīt call other members of stupid things. All have been beginners
# Donīt use the racist views! We are all equal.
# Remember that admins word is law, no matter how long you have played.

Remember the most important: To have fun when you play!
 Rules
Counter-Strike

Our goal is that the rules must be comprehensive, but because we can not predict all the events so have an administrators decision the same status as a written rule on the gaps in the regulatory framework for a current event. 9Hills.org reserves the right to change in the rules before and during the League, Ladder and Cups.

As a participant in this tournament the players accept the law that set of rules and everything in it. It is up to each player on the team to know what applies. Depending on the rule violation, so will the team be punished by warnings, round-minus, Walk Over or disqualification.

Rotation of the maps that will be used are:
de_dust2
de_nuke
de_inferno
de_train
de_cbble
de_cpl_mill
de_cpl_strike
de_cpl_fire
de_tuscan

Smokescreens
A screenshot must be taken before the knife round. Players throw a smoke and all players will then take a screenshot, where you can see players models, scoreboard, net_graph 3 and the smoke on a single screen shot. The screenshot will also include net_graph 3 (not net_graph 1). Opposing team can require three prints in a conflict. An admin can require all five anytime.

This must be on at the smoke screen

1. 32bit Video Settings.
2. Net_graph 3 (NOT net_graph 1)
3. Player Models.
4. The smoke must be visible.
5. Scoreboard must be visible.
If this is not followed and no participant can not show up an approved screenshot so will the team lose to WO

Conflict
If there is a conflict, it must now report that direct 10 minutes of the game. Anyone who starts a match conflict shall have the burden of proof that reinforces the accusation. If there is no proof, there are no grounds for the decision of the administrators. Examples of the burden of proof: Demos and screenshots from the server.

Conflict report shall contain the following information:

1. What a misdemeanor opponents have done?
2. What round / time did rule the misdemeanor happened?
3. Who made the rule offense?

The conflict must be notified to the administrator, 10 minutes after the match. If you reported the conflict, which for example suspect that the opposition cheated, you have 15 minutes to look through the demos and give evidence to the admins.

If a team creates or forge evidence against the other team, they can be punished in the form of disqualification and suspension. If a team is found to be only create conflict in order to win matches, they can be permanently closed.

Bug Alerts should be direct with the opponents, recognize the fact that they made a mistake, it comes to three rounds for it.

Remember that you behave gamely. A player in a team representing the team and you can be punished collectively for the misdemeanor.

At server crash
If a server crashes before the third round the match will start over completely. If a server crashes after the third round has begun as to Proceed from the last completed round played with the starting money in 4500. If one or more players would put out so the team has the right to pause the game at the end of the current round. However, this shall take place directly after the round is over, or before the freeze-time ends. However, it is only allowed to pause the game for technical errors. Max 10 minutes per team.

Demos
Each player must record in ineye-demo every match. Opponents can on demand get these demos, Each team may require to get demos from three players, these are entirely optional. An admin may require demos from all players.

Match Rules
All matches are played with Counter-Strike 1.6, and with Maxrounds 15 (mr15).
All ten players has to be on the server before the match can start.
Both teams have 15 minutes in which to enter the server after the start time, if one team does not have 5 players on the server after 15 minutes the team will lose to WO. A game can not end in a draw, the match would stop playing 15-15 extensions until one of the law wins.

Rules of the extensions are as follows
Maxrounds 3
Startmoney 10000

Knife round will decide which team to start as CT or Terrorist, winning team in the knife round select teams. It is prohibited to go around the map to attack opponents in the back or boost on boxes or use boxes to get higher up.

Boosts
It is permissible to boost players how they want on all the maps included in our map rotation, with certain exceptions. It is permissible to boost the top edge of B1 at dust2, however, we must not exploit the bug, so you look over long.

Plant the bomb
To plant the bomb so CT does not reach to defuse is prohibited. You may not make a so-called silent planting. So that the sound is not heard. It is not forbidden to plant the bomb together with the box on the long (de_dust2). As long as there is not a silent plant.

Bugs
It is not permitted to deliberately exploit bugs. Here are some examples of these but do not necessarily only apply to those:

1. HE throw over the wall from yard to the white room on de_train. (over popdog)

2. Look over the walls from the CT-hill and Alley on train / Bomb crate on de_Inferno.

3. To boost up the players through the roof of the yellow house on nuke

4. To boost up players CT-ceiling on nuke, the highest mountains will be allowed.

5. Throwing flash during the "flying box" on nuke on the ramp is not allowed, bug flash on the other tracks dust2 or train is not permitted, if a bug flash, so it will be round-minus: -3 rounds per bug flash

6. Throwing flash across walls, for example Dust2 is allowed.

7. "Crouch Walking," "Rysshopp" or "crouch jumping" is allowed, but not with scripts.

Others
Shield is not allowed, if you have bought it by mistake, should I throw it directly into the spawn / base. It may not be used in the match, neither of which happened to buy it or by someone who takes it up. Would the shield used on purpose so, that will mean disqualification (WO).

All teams must have a captain, his job is to talk to the admin about conflicts with the opposition captain. This will nod [C] after his nickname ingame to make it easier for admin.
